The apartment was very clean, sleek, and modern. the renovations created a bright and inviting atmosphere. the location was ideal, with only a short distance to downtown and a park across the road, perfect for families. the off-street parking was a great convenience with a vehicle.

The noise from the upstairs neighbor was quite bothersome, especially during the early morning and at night. the creaky floors only amplified the noise, making it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep.
